You can give ORS like electral ORS. Carefully prepare as per instructions on the pack. Continue the same medicines for 5 days. It should stop. Start weaning foods once he is better. Decrease formula milk slowly after you start weaning food

Continue Enterogermina Ampule one ampule in the morning and one in the evening, Zn20 . Normally it takes 4 to 5 days to settle. If the amount of stool passed in each motion  is  less than before and even if the frequency is same don't  worry. It is not related to teething.

Maintain hygiene. Loose motions occur only when there is breach in hygiene. Give WHO ORS , u can buy the readymade tetrapacks and give them after each loose stool to rehydrate and prevent dehydration.its takes 4-5 or even more for the stools to settle down sometimes. as long as the child is active, feeding  and passing urine there is no issue. Start complimentary feeding after the episode settles. Slowly decrease the quantities of milk  with home made diet.
