Hello, It will all depend on what your health and / fitness goals are. However, here's a rough guide 1. Body composition (ideally a BIA method or better like DEXA): will give body fat % and amount of visceral fat you carry and therefore the risk of metabolic disease 2. Vitamin levels: B12 and D3 (these are the ones that you are more likely to be deficient in. 3. Minerals: Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, etc 4. Hormones: T3, T4, TSH and Anti-TPO (esp, for you, to rule out hypothrydoism) and Testosterone panel (Total and free testosterone, SHBG, serum albumen, Prl, and others to rule out male hypogonadism) 6. Diabetes: Fasting or Fasting and post-prandial sugar / HbA1C 7. Blood lipid profile (cardiovascular diseases) 8. CBC: for blood cells, haemoglobin etc 9. Blood homocysteine levels 10. Immunology: C-reactive protein
Next Steps
Let me know what your health and / fitness goals are and I can suggest tests especially directed towards the biomarkers for those goals.
