Hello,
It will all depend on what your health and / fitness goals are. However, here's a rough guide
1. Body composition (ideally a BIA method or better like DEXA): will give body fat % and amount of visceral fat you carry and therefore the risk of metabolic disease
2.
Vitamin levels:
B12 and D3 (these are the ones that you are more likely to be deficient in.
3. Minerals: Sodium, Potassium,
Calcium, etc
4. Hormones: T3, T4,
TSH and Anti-TPO (esp, for you, to rule out hypothrydoism) and
Testosterone panel (Total and free testosterone, SHBG, serum albumen, Prl, and others to rule out male hypogonadism)
6.
Diabetes: Fasting or Fasting and post-prandial
sugar /
HbA1C
7. Blood
lipid profile (cardiovascular diseases)
8. CBC: for blood cells, haemoglobin etc
9. Blood homocysteine levels
10. Immunology: C-reactive protein
Let me know what your health and / fitness goals are and I can suggest tests especially directed towards the biomarkers for those goals.
Please get back with answers as soon as possible. There's no need to spend money on tests you don't need.
