Looking for Dietician

Asked for Female, 55 Years

Please i need guidance from you. Friends my aunt who is a diabetic patient from last few years and now her weight is increasing very much and she feels very low and bad about that. She can't walk too much so she's unable to the daily morning or evening walk and the only thing that can help her now is correct diet plan. She is around 55-60 years old. As I want to help her in this matter of how to loose weight from perfect diet. So please tell me about the best Dieticians in nearby to South Ex and Lajpat nagar. Basically nearby to these areas would also be preferred. TIA

Hello dear, I understand your concern. Till the time you decide for whom to consult, just help her with these guidelines to follow. Avoid deep fried items, refined Sugars, sweets and cold drinks. To drink enough water to keep herself hydrated. Start green tea once daily. I practice at Hauz khas enclave n Lajpat nagar n also a qualified diabetes educator besides being a Nutritionist.
