My age is 46,Had regular Menstural cycle ,this month period continued for 8 days nd after which HV spotting , don't HV any pain . kindly advise

Kindly get an ultrasound pelvis done to see endometrial thickness , adnexae and rule out aby ovarian cyst ,polyp , fibroid etc. Consult a gynaecologist near you for further management regarding the same
