Long lasting headaches
Hi, I'm 15 years old. About 2 months ago I started getting headaches that would last all day almost every day. They feel like more than regular headaches it almost feels like I'm in a dream and things feel cloudy.

Hello These headaches could be due to some stress or worry that is stretching the nerves and giving you headaches. Try introspecting and finding the potential causes of worry and look for solutions to solve those issues. Also try consulting a clinical psychologist for professional help in the form of regular counselling sessions. You can also reach out to me through the practo app.

From you age i guess you are in the 10th ... you could be stressed considering your studies .or straining yourself with different classes and activities . These are my assumptions as i need to know a background to understand the source of headache . You could alternatively get yourself checked by a physician  or an eye specialist to rule out any condition in that direction
