You can get an x-ray done first.. if required you might have to go for orthodontic treatment / braces. Slight shaping of long incisors can also be done.

You have a macro teeth as per your complaints. For which you may do an odontoplasty and reduce the size . Sometimes a braces may help. In extreme cases where the tooth has to be modified and the very big size is a problem then a RCT will be done and a thorough size reduction can be achieved .
