My jaw is lock due to tobaco chewing and pain in upper molar and a yellow spot on inner side of jaw joint and What I should take antibiotics for lock jaw

Please consult a oral pathologist first.dont start any antibiotics  on your own .For pain you can take any otc painkiller.visit a doctor asap
