I feel you have been given detailed instructions of how to prepare LM potencies in the comments here.
But as the procedure is tedious and could cause errors. Its better to purchase the medicines away.
However , note that LM potencies wouldn't be made for Nosodes. That is, remedies like Medorrhinum, sypgillinum, pitutarinum don't have LM potencies.

To prepare LM potency medicine in homeopathy, follow these steps:
1.Select the Remedy: Choose the homeopathic remedy you need to potentize to the LM scale.
2.Prepare the Alcohol-Water Mixture: Prepare a mixture of 90% alcohol and 10% water. This will be your diluent.
3.Dilution Process:
Take one drop of the original homeopathic remedy (mother tincture).
Add this drop to a vial containing 500 drops (approximately 50 ml) of the alcohol-water mixture.
Succuss (vigorously shake) the vial 100 times. This is the first LM potency, or 0/1.
4.Subsequent Potencies:
