Asked for Female, 16 Years

It was the other day my mom look in my back and saw the Liver spots on me and ask how do they come on my skin I turn to her and said that I don't know how they came on me and now they are spreeding on my skin they are on my chest and my neck and now I want them to come off my skin !!!... Am wondering what can I us to get red of them
