You need to do the following,
1. Blood tests- HbA1C, Ferritin, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C
2. Ultrasound abdomen and Blood Pressure check
3. Diabetic diet
4. Avoid smoking and alcohol
5. With diabetic diet followed strictly- repeat HbA1C in 3 months and based on that may need to start Metformin 500mg once a day with food and this can be increased if needed.

The report has a very mildly elevated transaminase levels.
This can due to a plethora of reasons like alchol , MASH(fatty liver) or some kind of chronic infection or it is often due stress or even normal.
The report also showing a very high Post Prandial Blood Sugar and an elevated Fasting sugar levels. If you have not been diagnosed with diabetes yet this is pointing towards Prediabetes and MASH , especially if you are not a heavy alcohol drinker
If you are already a diagnosed diabetic this points towards poor control and MASH.
In any scenario, this situation needs some attention at the cause of the faulty report rather than the values on report itself.
