it depends upon how much time u start taking drink. For homeopathic prescription we need more detail.  firstly u should go for LFT and usg.

Cirrhosis of Liver Sx – skin changes, pruritus, hepatomegaly, malaise, asterix, spider angioma, jaundice, fatigue. PE – Skin - yellow. Abd - distended, caput medusa. Liver - hepatomegaly. Eyes - icterus. Extremities.
Next Steps
Dx – Admit to Hospital for full diagnostic Work-Up and referral to Hepatologist. • CBC - Thrombocytopenia, leukopenia. CMP (AST, ALT, Alk Phos, Bili), GGT. Lipids, Hepatitis panel, Coags (PT/PTT/INR). Abdomen Ultrasound. Imaging U/S or CT, GI consult, Liver Bx.
Health Tips
Tx – No alcohol, no NSAIDS. Nutrition consult, Paracentesis and diuretics for ascites. Hep C, Ribavirin, lamivudine. Encephalopathy – lactulose, neomycin.
