What i can see by your complaints is likely the pain is fue to APD. But to be more sure, i ll need a detailed history,  since the pain is now for 2 months. For now, you can take a tab Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for next 3-5 days and observe. Take a tab dicyclomine 10 mg sos. Contact back after 3-5 days if issue not resolves. Then seeing a broader picture, i would need a few more details.stop all friedy/spicy foods. Limit the caffeine intake. Avoid smoking/alcohol, if at all.
