I have pain in my middle part of stomach due to consumption of alcohol ( old monk Rum) after 2 months.How to stop it and what are the medicines?

For prevention and treatment of Acidity one should
-Avoid oily, spicy & sour food
-Avoid smoking, tobacco, alcohol, tea, coffee, cola drinks
-Eating meals every 2-3hourly
-Avoid skipping meals
-Ice cream & Banana are good
