Liver mets, blocked bile duct, fluid in
My father has stage 4 colorectal cancer with mets to the liver. One tumor has recently blocked the bile duct intrahepatically. He got a permanent drain and as a result, his liver enzymes have dropped substantially. However he has acute onset peritoneal fluid that he had drained once already and has filled back up within 4 days. The fluid they drained was yellow and bilic in color. His bilirubin value has shot up from 3.2 (when he became obstructed) to 15 post drain placement. Is it leaking?

Unlikely, as he would then have shown signs if peritonitis... But he definitely is having a terminal stage disease. Please consult for further advise
