Palliative chemotherapy plus targeted therapy is better option for you. You did not send the reports( means ct scan or pet ct scan). If metastatic leisons in liver and lung can be operated in rare situations like if no of leisons of less). But these will be decided only  by Your doctor( need combined medical oncology and surgical oncology opinion). By chance if not operable then chemotherapy plus targeted therapy( like bevacizumab, cetuximab,panitumab)
