Liver issue
My sgot 37 and sgpt 48... little pain in liver area after having heavy meal.. sometimes a bit itching...I am not getting sleep properly

Your liver enzymes are only mildly elevated and are not likely to explain your symptoms by themselves. Pain in the right upper abdomen after heavy meals is more suggestive of gallbladder disease than liver disease. I recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen along with a complete liver function test. Avoid fatty meals, maintain a healthy lifestyle, and consult a gastroenterologist or general surgeon for further evaluation
