Having fatty liver and accidity issue. Now facing mild liver pain coming and going means right abdonimal side. Please let me know best medicine for liver pain relief.

Fatty liver as such will not cause any pain. If you have pain in right side of the abdomen it is better to repeat your ultrasound to rule out gallstones. Tablets like Pan40 can help your reduce your acidity. But getting an ultrasound done will give you a better idea
