Liver issue

Asked for Male, 12 Years

Fatigueness, vomitting, high fever sometime, stomach pain, leg and hand pain are the problem that regularly occurs. LFT report says Alanine transaminase is low and alkanline phosphatase is high. What could be the issue for this in a child aged 12 years? child is also eating less and sleep is not complete always. Please suggest on this.
