My liver is enlarged and paining a lot also now i have gas problems i am frustrated by showing it to show many doctors

You need to get your ultrasound abdomen KFT LFT AND CBC done. That will help you to diagnose your problem hopefully and you will get the required treatment for it. Though it can be a gastric cause too.
