Little white pimples on skin
Hello doctor , I am having little white pimples all over my face, I am attaching pictures and somethimes it itches.

Hello. Few of the lesions look like acne/pimples as i can see little oily skin too. But few look like molluscum contagiosum which is a viral infection. They need to be treated or else they have tendency to spread. Better photos in day light and some history is required.kindly consult online
