Are u a smoker? Or a diabetic?.
The symptoms u suggest appears more of a Costochondritis ie inflammation of rib bone. There is a history of trauma also there.
Though it appears benign u can take some precautionary measure.
U can have some pain killers.
But if this pain keeps on coming and bothering u it is strongly advisable to visit hospital for baseline ECG.
You should not have any worry
The pain you mentioned seems to be from bone that has been hit few days back
Nothing to be scared of or relate it to corona
You can do some hot massage on pain site and apply some gel for pain relief
Your problem is due to strike previously, don't worry, take any antiinflammatory tab 3 days, apply antiinflammatory/analgesic oint /Rumasyl oil (Zandu) gently
Sir, thanks for your question. U need not to panic. Doesn't look at all like flu or Covid19.
If the pain in ribs and the 4 days old injury on the same side of the chest, that it can be the reason. In that case, apply voveron ointment on the site of pain 2-3 times a day with some warm fomentation for next 3-4 days. This should do.
Next Steps
if the pain still persist, we can add some tablet for pain.
