Little hard and pain near nipple

Asked for Female, 35 Years

I feel the pain and little hard near nipple / at nipple area when i touch . I noticed this last year after june. From the last year june month to till date, i felt pain in breast for week to ten days after this my period started This happen thrice, throughout the year. Even i had ultrasound and doctor said all ok.
