Lithotrepsy & cystocsopy
Hello, I've been advised to undergo lithotrepsy and cystoscopy based on the following CT KUB report. Plain CT KUB study has been performed Right kidney measures 3.5 x 4.5 x 10.5 cm .Left kidney measures 3.8 x 5.1 x 10.8 cm. Left renal pelvic calculus measuring 9.3 x 7.7 mm is seen with average 738 H.U with mild fullness of pelvicalyceal system. Left lower ureter nonobstructive calculus measuring 4.7 x 2.9 mm is seen with average 445 H.U, approximately 1.5 cm proximal to VUJ. Right upper ureter non obstructive calculus measuring 3.5 x 3.1 mm is seen with average 338 H.U, approximately 1.0 cm proximal to VUJ . Two left renal calculi measuring 3 mm are seen in middle calyx and lower calyx with 328 & 310 H.U. Right renal calculus measuring 3.5 mm is seen in lower calyx with 418 H.U. Right kidney is normal in size, shape and location. Pelvicalyceal system appears normal. Left kidney is normal in size, shape and location. I would like to have a second opinion on the same.
