Liquid from nose to brain
I feel this liquid leaking from my right nostril to the brain which is accompanied with feeling of dizziness and heaviness in brain.

Spontaneous leak of liquid from nose may be csf Rhinorrhoea and it's a medical semi emergency.. You should consult a Neurosurgeon immediately

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  Im sorry i didn't quite get you. You feel liquid is draining from nose to brain? I feel gravity acts quite the opposite. But anyways, for an answer you have to consult a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management.  After taking a CLEAR history and examining you, he will be able to assist you further.
