  4. Lips drying. Is cracked and its paining.

Hi My lips are drying from long time. I am drinking sufficient water still the skin of the lips are coming out. Dryness is all around the lips so its looking white around lips. This is happening from a month or more. I'm mosturizing it with boroline daily but nothing is happening. Now at the corner of the lips it is cracked and its paining.
