Lipomas on the lift side of chest
I am 28 years old and have multiple lipomas on my body, with one located on the left side of my chest. The lipoma is movable, approximately 1-2 cm in size, and doesn't cause pain. However, I occasionally feel like it's pressing on my heart. Because it's exactly above the heart. Please suggest it is a concern for me.?

As a surgeon my opinion is that Lipoma are usually non-cancerous but this has to be removed in certain conditions like if it is growing rapidly, causing any pain or looks bad (cosmetic reason). You should get it removed if you feel uncomfortable. Its excision hardly takes 10-15 min in Daycare setting only with local anaesthesia. Sutures will also be very fine and after some months even no suture line will be visible. If you're interested in further treatment book a consult and we'll plan for excision.

Lipomas especially as you said you have multiple of them throughout your body, along the chest wall is also relatively very common. Although they are most common in fat layer of the skin which is relatively uppermost plane of its occurance, and appears the be the case for you,  lipomas can sometime also form in deeper planes of the body, other than the fat one. If it might be one located deeper, you might be experiencing such symptoms, which again is uncommon as the heart is protected my many structures above it. But otherwise if you are not experiencing any other  striking symptoms like chest pain, irregular heart beat, difficulty breathing. Any sudden new changes you have noticed in the lipoma. Or any other symptoms other than mentioned, there is no need to worry.
Next Steps
For your sake and satisfaction, you can consult a general surgeon online or better in a hospital or clinic.
