Lipoma in multiple location
I have been diagnosed with lipoma, located on forehand in multiple location. I wanted to know whether this can be only treated by surgery or it can be removed by needle and syringe(suction) ie without stitches

Not by during..Can be removed by pen like instrument....Send photos, of the affected area for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
