Hi doctor , my lipid profile test, total cholesterol 213, LDL cholesterol 138.4 Hdl cholesterol 38 Vldl 36.6 Tryglyceride 183 Are these reading are ok or I should worry for heart desiease. My sugar is 112 and bp 120/85 My physician gave me roliptin 5 for 3 month to reduce the cholestrol shall I start medicine or only exercise and diet change will make my reading normal ?? Please guide me ??
