Exercise regularly for at least 30 minutes a day which includes either brisk walk or jog or cycling or swimming. Keep BMI < 25. Avoid junk processed oily fatty food, red meat, alcohol and smoking. Have high fiber diet.

Avoid processed, preserved and fried foods. Avoid red meat like mutton,beef and pork. Reduce carbohydrates and increase proteins in your diet.
Take plenty of vegetables,fruits. Reduce cheese, ghee and butter.
Regular aerobic exercise for 45 mins a day.
