LIPID profile report
Hi, I am 38 M. Cholesterol-227 mg/dl, Triglycerides-218 mg/dl, SR.HDL-36 mg/dl, sr.LDL-147.4 mg/dl, SR. VLDL-43.6 mg/dl, T.c/HDL-6.31 mg/dl, LDL/HDL-4.09 mg/dl. All are at higher side. Please suggest.

Life style modification first thing to start with stop taking deep fried and saturated fat(ghee) containing food, use sunflower or olive oil for making vegetables. Avoid junk food airated drinks. Don't know ur habits if smoking and alcohol is routine please stop that.reduce ur wt.from present wt. Of about 5 to 7%. Daily moderate exercise for 30 min. Along with all this start anticholesterol tablets after consulting a cardiologist
