How to reduce high cholesterol
My mother having cholesterol is  403 mg/dl and serum triglycerides is 178 mg/dil but she is not suffering any symptoms of cholesterol like chest pain , neusea etc  . please suggest I have attached lipid profile report below

Hello, Does she have any associated risk factors? Like Diabetes, BP, obesity? Ideally her LDL>200 needs to be treated, also Triglycerides. 1st :- LIFESTYLE MODIFICATION: exercise, Dietary modification. 2nd :- start medications and don’t wait for symptoms. We have to initiate on drugs and repeat fasting cholesterols after 6 weeks.
