My cholesterol level is 129MG/DL And triglycerides is 120mg/DL LDL is 75 and HDL is 28. Should I worry about HDL or not as I'm 22 years old guy

Hi. Your HDL is little lower but other parameters are ok. You can improve your HDL with regular exercise and lifestyle modification.
