It’s doesn’t look like it. There is nothing as lip tie However once the child starts speaking we and can analyse more about the tongue tie if there is unclear speech and managed accordingly Nothing to be done now

Chk whether the tongue crossing the lower lip or not if it is crossing then it is normal it will doesn’t affect the speech development of your baby
