I thank Prof.Dr.Vinay Krishnamurthy for dental refferal. My first impression after seeing picture enclosed is folliculitis, since abscess is pointing extra-orally. But it is prudent to get a thorough clinical examination done to rule out space infection and mucocele which is much more common to the area of clinical presentation as in this case. Wise option would be see a surgeon who guide you through process of relieving the abscess and appropriate medication.
