Most likely you have light headedness due to postural hypotension ,where your BP drops down on changing your position from sleeping or sitting position to standing position.If it's severe enough to cause black out ,it's time for proper evaluation clinically by the doctor as some other causes need to be ruled out.Your condition is certainly not to be treated on telemedicine portal.
