Lightheaded, chest pains
I have been feeling dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded, chest pains and right arm feeling uncomfortable for the past 3 weeks. I took a pregnancy test which came out out negative.

Dear It seems you are too stressed out. You symptoms are suggestive of Viral fever or some liver disorder and it needs to investigated further. Meanwhile you can take some antacids and lots of glucose drinks and ofcourse sleep well.

Investigate your blood for count and liver enzymes if symptoms persists for more than a week.
