Light periods 2 consecutive months
This is 2nd time i have light periods, cycle is of complete 30days bt flow is vry low..i m worried..only thing i changed in deit is adding banana shake in the morning..please suggest me what I supposed to do to get normal periods

Hello, Periods quantity and frequency varies from month to month. There is nothing to worry about until and unless it is accompanied with severe abdominal pain and cramps. Dietary changes are unlikely to cause change in your menstrual cycle.

Dietary changes are unlikely to cause change in periods. However, if you have put on weight or started exercising recently, that may be a cause. I'd suggest you to see a gynecologist
