Light pain in the penis glans. After waking up from my afternoon nap on Thursday(I think it was because of my wrong sleeping posture), I noticed light pain on the right side of my penis glans. No swelling, no pain during urination or blood, no discolouration. Only small piercing pain which happens only when in contact with anything (that is either in friction with pant or touched or pressed), and the skin there has become a bit sensitive to touch. No increase in pain during erection. Since Thursday, symptoms have not increased, but not decreased either. Need help.
