Light left abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Hi am 25yrs old 7 weeks pregnant yesterday evening I observed some spotting and that was very light spotting and today no spotting..went to hospital my Dr gave me duphaston two times per day ...can I start taking duphaston ? No spotting also ?am confused..!
