Light fever
Hi doctor,
My 1 yr old baby has 99.8 fever, yesterday mrng he cried 3 times while urinating, after then, he is not crying for that and his urine color became normal from yesterday afternoon itself, can i give paracetamol and z and d drops or is it required to visit doctor now, pls advice

You said urine color become normal. So what was the problem with urine before that.
Mild fever is well tolerated by children and antipyretic not required.
You can give Paracetamol if fever more than 39℃.

Hi,
Give paracetamol if temperature is more than 99.5 deg F 6 hrly
Give plenty of liquids/ water.
