Hello Dr my periods are after 10 days but I am getting brown discharge and this happens every month. I also have scanty periods flow 4 pads are enough for My whole periods ultrasound and hormonal profile is fine and I am not over weight. What is the reason

This could be around the time of ovulation.
Please do a Urine test for ovulation on the first day when you get this discharge and consult with a Gynaecologist in your area for a physical examination.
