Light brown spot on sole like mole
I have psoriasis but recently i saw this brown spot on the psoriasis affected part on my foot. Only one spot of light brown circular, non itchy, like normal skin

There seems to be no problem as seen in the picture.The black spot visible is unrelated to your psoriasis,probably a benign nevus.Please take a consultation to understand,diagnose and advise.
