Light bleeding in 6th week of ivf
Hello I got my transfer done on 17 Feb. And yesterday I got light bleeding or should I say little more than spotting. And today also 2 to 3 drops of dark color bleeding. Yesterday after my emergency abdominal ultrasound the doctor said that the both sac are in place. I have very mild abdominal pain too this time. My ivf doctor has advised me best rest till my cardiac ultrasound which is to be done on 18 March.
Why this bleeding happen? Is my pregnancy safe? She gave gestone injection and medicine for stopping bleeding too.

Could be implantation bleeding. Please take your gynec advice seriously. Take bed rest. Take medicines as prescribed by her.
