I have got partial MCL and ACL tear in my knee which happened during a football match. Incident happened in July 2016 and i have undergone physiotherapy sessions for 20 days. According to my MRI impression which is given below is it possible for me to run or get back to my sports after strengthening my muscles or is surgery needed in my case? On random basis i sometimes feel no strength in my leg or knee. I have skipped physio session for 2 months and then continued.
My MRI impression says
1 ) partial tear of proximal fibers of medial collateral ligament with wavy contour of fibers, however most of the fibers are intact.
2) partial tear of postero-inferior tibial attachment fibers of anterior cruciate ligament, however most of fibers are intact.
Please suggest appropriate solutions.
Thanks in advance.

Start strengthening exercises again, do it in a regular basis until you feel complete stability in your knee, take the help of any experienced Sports physiotherapist, muscles tend to loose strength if not used, and that too very fast Post injuries
