Hi doctor, last week i met with an accident in that i torn my acl and pcl ligaments.. What should i follow get it cure asap

As your is just one week old. You need to undergo physiotherapy for muscle power regain and get full range of motion. One knee is painful and silent that will take around three weeks, you can undergo Ligament reconstruction after clinical evaluation. I hope this is helpful. Queries are invited.

Hello its confirmed that your anterior cruciate ligament and posterior cruciate ligament have been injured reconstruction surgery of ligaments should be performed consult orthipedician for further evaluation and treatment I hope this helps you solve your problem.......
