Ligament strain
I fell down from stairs 3 weeks before got my ankle twisted. Consulted doctor, he told no fracture but ligament strain and also gave pain killer. He told to put crap bandage with or ankle binder. Now even after 3 weeks my leg hurts. May be i didn't take proper bed rest for 3-4 days as he suggested. Should I ?

Hi, for ligament sprain best treatment modality is complete rest, immobilization of affected limb along with pain killers if indicated. Kindly follow the instructions given by Orthopedician....
