I had a ligament sprain 2 months back and it still pains if I walk for long time or stand, what should I do?

• Sports Taping- stretch the tape from both ends and apply on the affected area

Ligaments once damaged take a long time to heal, upto 6 or even 12 months. During this period your ligament is at reduced capacity but still working. You have to absolutely avoid straining it otherwise it will not heal and still pain
