Ligament Injury
MRI report says High grade partial tear of ACL. Bony contusions with ill defined subcortical marrow edema noted within the lateral femoral condyle and lateral tibial plateau. Low grade sprain of lateral collateral ligament without any significant disruption of fibres. Mild knee effusion with suprapatellar extension. Small bakers cyst seen adjacent to medial head of gastrocnemius muscle. What is the right treatment for above problems surgery or physiotherapy. As doctors on Practo are suggesting surgery, then can anybody tell me, what will be the cost of it and which hospital is good in Mumbai. Also any alternative option.
