Lice in hair
I have been facing the issue of lice since 1 month. Have been regularly using medikar shampoo 3-4 times a week but it has not helped. What can be done ?

U can try stopping the shampoo if there is no improvement. Use shampoos which contain permethrin 1 percent , u can leave it on for 10 min and wash off then comb ur hair with the lice removing comb . Repeat this weekly if there are live lice Then also make sure that there is no secondary infection which may require additional antibiotic treatment as well. Consult a dermatologist if still not relieved
