I am in my 8 week and 6 days pregnancy and recently found out that a blood test from 2 weeks back (28/07) reported my TSH values to be 4.92. Is it bad? I don't have a history of hyperthyroidism before that. Thyroid values were normal in my blood test from April 2022. I have iron deficiency only. Value was 38 in April 2022.
Should I take Levothyroxine? At what dosage?
Should I take any supplements for iron?

TSH level in the first semester should be less than 2.5
so in your case it is raised
this is hypothyroidism
yes you definitely need a medication for a prescription
you need to connect online
supplements for iron should be started after 12 weeks
